Access is a program that allows us to manage a large amount of data - it's easy to use, and each of the functions has many different functions. Access helps employees, engineers, students, teachers, and parents wanting their children to get a head start in their use of Database software.

1) Table
Tables are essential objects in a database because they hold all the information or data.
2) Query or Queries
A query is a request for data results, and for action on data. You can use a query to answer a simple question, to perform calculations, to combine data from different tables, or even to add, change, or delete table data.
3) Form
A form in Access is a database object that you can use to create a user interface for a database application
4)Reports
Reports offer a way to view, format, and summarize the information in your Microsoft Access database
5)Marco

6) Modules
is a collection of user-defined functions, subroutines, and global variables are written in VBA code. These objects can then be used/called from anywhere in your Access database
