Microsoft Power Automate

Power Automate, formerly Microsoft Flow, is an online tool within the Microsoft 365 applications and add-ins that allows the creation of automated workflows between apps and services to synchronize files, receive notifications, and collect data. Examples of automated workflows include:


1.When you receive an Outlook email attachment, save it to your OneDrive folder.

2.Set up weekly notifications from a CRM system for financial operations and sales insights.

3.When you create a new file, copy it to Dropbox and SharePoint.

4. Receive an alert on Outlook or Google Calendar when a new event is scheduled based on Eventbrite events. SharePoint

5. When you tweet with a hashtag, save those tweets to a specific SharePoint location right away.


How It Works

To collect data, synchronize files, and receive notifications, use Power Automate to create an original multi-step flow or choose from hundreds of templates. When you create a workflow in Power Automate, it works in the background to notify you of specific notifications, upload files, and complete desired automated tasks.
